The breeding of sows and newborn piglets is a very important link in pig production, and also one of the very important pig raising equipment. The newborn piglets are small and weak, their body temperature regulating function is not perfect, and their resistance to cold is poor. In winter, they are often in danger of freezing, crushing and trampling. The survival rate of piglets largely depends on the structure of pigsty, heating ventilation and delivery fence.
The parturition column is a kind of monomer column, which is a place for sows to give birth and lactate. In the middle of the delivery fence is the limit frame for sows, which is the place where sows give birth and piglets feed. On both sides are the places where piglets eat, drink, warm and move. The sow limit frame is generally made of round steel pipe and aluminum alloy. The rear part is installed with a leaky floor to remove feces and dirt. On both sides are piglet movable rails, which are used to isolate piglets. The guardrail of sow is welded with one inch steel pipe. On the sow position is high-strength ductile iron fecal leakage plate, and on both sides are engineering polypropylene plastic fecal leakage plate (pure material, long service life), Including sow cast iron trough, piglet opening plate, 2 stainless steel nozzles, 4 meters long and 2.4 meters wide. The whole hot-dip galvanizing process is adopted for the metal fence part (dip into the molten zinc water after welding forming, and zinc coating can be wrapped at any part, so as to completely solve the problem of no zinc coating anticorrosion at the welded junction of galvanized pipe), which can prevent rusting within 10 years.
Delivery pens and conservation pens are the key to the design of modern pig farms. It is very important for the survival rate and growth of piglets, lactation and physical recovery of sows to improve the safe and comfortable environment of delivery and care. The length and width of the delivery column are 2.1m and 1.8m respectively. In the middle is the female pigsty, which is 1.1m high and 0.6m wide. On both sides of the sow pen is the piglet activity area, which is 0.5m high and 0.45M wide. In order to save the use area, two columns are taken as a unit in the design, and the position of heat preservation box is reserved in the middle, with a width of 0.6m. Sows in the single delivery column can avoid killing piglets, but also provide a growing environment for piglets, improve the survival rate of piglets.
The functions of labor column are as follows:
