These parts need our maintenance, so how should these chains and bearings in our chicken raising equipment be maintained? First of all, the maintenance of the chain, because the chain is an important transmission device, so we must pay attention to the maintenance when using, otherwise the chain is easily unable to bear the pressure, we should pay attention to the following items when using.
1. The sprocket shall be installed on the shaft without skew and swing. The end faces of two sprockets in the same drive assembly shall be located in the same plane. When the center distance of sprockets is less than half a meter, the allowable error is 1mm; when the center distance of sprockets is more than half a meter, the allowable error is 2mm. However, it is not allowed to have the phenomenon of the side surface of the friction sprocket teeth. If the deviation of the two wheels is too large, it is easy to take off the chain and accelerate the wear. Pay attention to check and adjust the offset when replacing the sprocket.
2. The tightness of the chain should be appropriate, too tight to add power consumption, the bearing is easy to wear; too loose chain is easy to jump and off chain. The tightness of the chain is: lift or press from the middle of the chain, and the center distance of the two sprockets is about two to three centimeters.
3. The new chain is too long or elongated after use, which is difficult to adjust. The chain link can be removed according to the situation, but it is necessary to be even. The chain link shall pass through the reverse side of the chain, the locking piece shall be inserted outside, and the opening of the locking piece shall face the opposite direction of rolling.
4. The chain shall be filled with lubricating oil in time during operation. The lubricating oil must enter the fitting clearance between the roller and the inner sleeve to improve the working conditions and reduce the wear.
5. When the machine is stored for a long time, the chain should be removed and cleaned with kerosene or diesel oil, then coated with engine oil or butter and sent to the dry place to prevent rust.

Chain maintenance is relatively simple, because the chain is outside, we can add lubricating oil and other maintenance, so how to maintain the bearing?
1. The maintenance should be carried out regularly under the operation standard of corresponding mechanical working conditions. The contents include supervision of working state, repair or replacement of lubricant, and regular disassembly inspection.
2. As maintenance items in operation, there are rotating sound, vibration, temperature and lubricant condition of bearings.
For the chicken equipment, their working environment is a relatively complex chicken farm, the environment is relatively poor, and the sanitation is also relatively poor, so we must do a good job in the maintenance of the above two parts when using, which can effectively extend their service life.
