Secondly, it may be caused by the blockage of the blanking hood and the feed inlet. During the feeding operation, pay attention to the investigation of the operation and stop the machine immediately if the blanking inlet is found to be blocked. It can be concluded that the feeding fault of the tower system is caused by the unstable flow separation or no flow signal of the electronic scale, which is caused by the improper adjustment of the photoelectric switch and the rake roller.
So how can we solve these problems? First of all, we should check the working condition of the photocell, adjust the position of the photocell, readjust the gap between the rake roller and the lifting belt, and control the feeding height under the condition of ensuring the flow of the production line. Then repair the mechanical transmission system or electrical speed governing board fault parts, so that the material tower and electronic scale run six steps. Secondly, it is also necessary to open the maintenance observation window to check whether the blanking at the blanking port is smooth, and carry out local transformation. Check whether the connection between the blanking port and the metering pipe is reasonable and whether the design angle of the chute of the hopper is correct.
It's normal that the feed tower is blocked. If the feed density is too large or too small, it may cause the pipe blockage of the feed tower. As long as we find the blockage in time and solve the blockage problem.
